Week 4: 1 Lilac pepper, 2 lbs summer squash, 2 pickling cukes, 2 eggplants, 1 fennel, 1 bunch spinach, 1 boothby yellow cuke, 1 bunch parsley, 1 bunch scallion, 1 bunch radicchio — you’ll notice no radicchio, I took advantage of the swap bin and traded for some more pepper. I traded the scallion for more fennel. Which raises the question, what do we do with fennel?
